In cases of narcolepsy, sleep apnea, or shift-work sleep disturbance, modvigil 200mg is occasionally administered under medical supervision to assist lessen excessive daytime fatigue. Safer ways to treat fatigue include regular exercise, healthy sleep habits, enough water, and stress reduction. It is not advised to take modvigil 200mg on its own to combat typical fatigue since it may have negative side effects.
